Hostel Rules & Regulations

Entry to the Hostel

  • Students intending to stay in the hostel have to submit an application indicating their stay in the hostel is voluntary
  • Application must be endorsed/signed by any one parent/guardian
  • Students with symptoms like cough, fever, running nose, cold will not be allowed permitted to stay in the hostel
  • Students will be permitted to the hostel on the basis data submitted in the self-declaration form
  • Students are expected to immediately report any signs or symptoms of ill health to the home staff on duty

Accommodation in the Hostel

  • Only one student in one room. (A total of 100 girl students and 22 boys can be accommodated in the hostel)
  • Students are to use their allotted room to study and sleep and are not permitted to visit rooms of other students
  • Students will not be allowed to go out of the campus (no outings on weekends or holidays). Students will be allowed to go home once in a month
  • Students are expected to immediately report any signs or symptoms of ill health to the home staff on duty
  • Body temperature of every student will be monitored every morning
  • Not more than 15 students will be permitted in the study room at a time
  • Not more than two students will be permitted into the gymnasium at a time

Cleanliness and Disinfection

  • Students are expected to ensure that they rooms are clean
  • All students are expected to practice washing hands, social distancing, wearing mask and other hygiene procedures

Mess

  • Maintain adequate social distance when being served, eating meals and washing hand or crockery/cutlery
  • Not more than thirty students at a time will be permitted in the mess
